Community Integration opportunities for children and youth with an Acquired Brain Injury. Support is available during after school hours in the areas of personal management skills, recreation and leisure, social and prevocational activities.

INDIVIDUAL INTEGRATION PLANNING

  • transitional community integration services within Saskatoon and area
  • outreach based support utilizing existing community resources
  • flexible, individualized planning aided by a community support worker
  • support for up to 20 participants

PARTNERSHIPS

SUPPORT NETWORK

  • support for the family as partners in developing the Communtiy Integration plan

ADVOCACY

  • reducing barriers to integration
  • education and understanding of Aquired Brain Injury
