APUI — Aboriginal Participant Upskilling Initiative
The APUI aims to increase the productivity of Saskatchewan businesses by strengthening the skills of Aboriginal employees. It will help employers train and retain Aboriginal employees and help Aboriginal workers increase their skill sets. This initiative is coordinated by the Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies and funded by Service Canada. Radius’ role is as the workplace coach supporting the worker in their training plans.
